Bread and Fried Soya
I haven't really posted any major meals yet because I'm Vege and my meals are pretty boring. Beans, boiled potatoes or sweet potatoes, some veges and salad most days. Sometimes though I do splurge and have a treat.
this is a specialty that we make, its friends soya chunks that was seasoned then fried and it goes great with hops bread and a piece of cheese. You can't get better than that.
Might not be the healthiest but it is amazingly yummy and I do need some sort of Carbs in my diet because I am working out so I had just one sandwich and shared the other. It was a hard one to share but I did.
Amazing stuff right there though, you gotta try it.

This looks delicious. I think this is something I can try when I am fasting. I'd need a recipe of course.
