Quick fixes

One of the problems working out for me have always been finding the time. Its never easy but if its important to make time. 

So while I have started doing precision fitness on evenings, I have realized a morning workout is best and so I am going to share some of my favorite short but effective workouts to get my heart beat pumping and keep me energized throughout the day. 


I really hate waking up early, but I have started doing these exercises no matter what time I wake up just to get a early kick start on my metabolism for the day. 

in just 7 minutes these basic exercises gives quite a burn. Try it and let me know what you think?

  1. Having so much work to do makes finding time to exercise hella hard but it's something that your body needs like water.
