Healthy eating is hard especially at first and worst for a vegetarian. Options are somewhat limited and like anything else very repetitive. This is a first time meal for me where I'm trying out Quinoa for the first time. it had black eye beans mixed into it like a pelau and salad to add some veges to the mix.
Quinoa really have no taste, or I should say a very mild taste. Its not my favorite meal at all, but for the sake of trying to be healthy I ate it all. I recommend trying it with actual beans or peas so that the sauce will help it to taste better and make it easier to eat.
