I have been struggling with my weight for about 2 years now. I have a foot condition called plantar fasciitis that has caused me to be unable to move as much due to intense heel pains and for that I have taken steroid shots. This caused me to gain over 20 pounds which have been on and off for a while. I'm normally 150 pounds but right now I am struggling to get back to that weight from my 170 pound that isn't going away. 

I have tried everything and have seen many fitness blogs and they all seem to work because persons tend to take better control of their eating and workout habits through blogs. Yes there are a lot of fitness blogs out there, but this one is mine, the life of a vegetarian that shouldn't even be over weight but is. The struggle to get rid of a lot of carbs from my diet and get some healthy foods in to get my energy up and also keep a workout plan going to get my fitness levels back to someone my age and not have the fitness of a 70 year old. 

Its hard, but I am trying my best to not just motivate me, but to get you working out with me and getting in the struggle with me to the point we both enjoy working out and eating healthy.
