So it's been a while since I have slept properly, I suffer from really bad insomnia. With that said, I go to bed ridiculous hours, many times just lying in bed waiting to sleep away and my eyes don't stay close till about 3 maybe 4am. Its not even a productive time because I can never function those hours.
So therein lies a huge problem for me.... waking up early. And while waking up early is a problem my energy level is crazy low especially on mornings. I have tried many things from vitamin shots, to tablets to changing up my diet a bit. For some reason my energy level just isn't up to where it should be on mornings. However, while it is hard, I can never seem to get a proper workout because of the time I wake up and the fact that I wake up starving and usually eat most mornings before I get any exercise in.
So while my fitness level is up, my energy levels don't seem to be just yet, but I am keeping at it and trying my best.
Quick question, What do you use to improve your energy levels?
