This has been a hard week, a family member passes away and its been crazy to keep a diet or even an exercise schedule in place. Its been one unhealthy meal after the other. Family have been cooking and because we had guests from the US we have been cooking up a storm of all the foods they don't normally get.
So from the macaroni pies to the dhal puri and everything else in between the 5 pounds I did loose is kinda back again. I'm annoyed because it was hard getting rid of 5 pounds, but so easy to gain back the weight.
Is it just me or is it crazy hard to loose weight?
