Loosing weight is hard

That moment no matter which class you sign up for your feel a bit frustrated. After weeks of working out I have gained a lot of energy, however I lost absolutely no weight. I didn't eat the healthiest however I'd thing after all the working out I'd have lost a pound or two. But nope, nothing. 


Its frustrating, however I am motivated to keep at it and keep trying.
