Day 1

As with any other fitness plan, the first day is always the hardest. However over the weekend I had a bit of food poisoning and was so weak that I had to be more relaxed with my food options. 

So I had cereal in the morning, crix and cheese for lunch as a simple snack and didn't want to spice up any further activity in the stomach. And for dinner I'm having a vege lentil pattie with salad and toast. 

I did however decide to go work out and while my workout class only did arms and a bit of legs, I felt so tired at the end of the workout. I was totally exhausted, so tomorrow I am going to take a rest from the workout and build up my energy. 

Well thats it for today, Let's see what tmr brings.
