First post

Being a vegetarian one of the hardest thing for me have always been to loose weight. The vege options are always limited, and I have always found it was hard to find adequate Protein meal options.  

Over the last 2 years I have had plantar fasciitis which have somewhat held me back from moving around due to the intense pain once I was on my feet. Having tried steroid treatments which worked temporarily, I have gained over 20 pounds and have worsened the condition. 

Within the last 6 weeks I have started moving a lot more, and while the heel pains have held me back somewhat, I am determined to not just get my fitness level back but also wish to loose some of the weight I have gained. 


So this is me, 5'5" tall, weighing 170 pounds and way above my ideal BMI. My goal is to loose 15-20 pound within the next 2 months through proper diet and exercise. 

I started an outdoor workout group called Precision Fitness which have been great in helping me get my fitness level up, and I am excited to share with you all the good, bad and hard days ahead.
