Celebration weight gain

Well after over 3 weeks of trying to eat somewhat healthy, Divali eating happened. As with any celebration there was just about every amazing treat to try and I did more than sample them all. Sadly due to preparing for the festivities I also missed doing any real workout causing not just my diet but my exercise to lapse. 

SO even though I did loose about 3 pounds, I regained each one after all the indian sweets and naturally a lot of roti and curry. 

I know I'm not the only person to falter with my diet and exercise eating, and while I tried at first to maintain it was super difficult. 

With Christmas only 2 months away, I wanna know how do you keep it together and not eat every amazing dish or sweet treat that comes your way?   I need some help in focusing on health and nutrition and not getting carried about with the fun. 


So how do you make time for diet and fitness during the holidays?
