Reasons to Stay Positive in Life

•More Energy:  When you have less stress and worries in your life, you have extra energy to do the things you love- such as be active and fit! Energize yourself by simply changing the way you think!

Positivity also helps with your health, gives you motivation and courage to take on challenges and just helps with overall life.
