Weekends = best food to screw up a diet

Ahhh the weekend was here and I probable gained 5 pounds. Its super hard to eat healthy during the weekend because there is so much great stuff to indulge in. First up, all the unhealthy meals are cooked on weekeeds from Macaroni pie to alot of items with potato's

Being vegetarian Carbs is always around in my diet and its super hard to get away it. I try so hard all week, but when I see the weekend meal line up I always loose to the food. 

This weekend I went full on junk, and Its terrible because I had a great week working out. But it's Sunday and I am planning again to continue all the great stuff all over again next week and try and do better. 


My fitness level is improving, however I can't seem to stop eating junk food .... Work in Progress
