The start over

So I did try starting a workout plan, however to due a terrible stomach bug I had to take a break from working out and regain some energy after a week down and out.

I have started Precision Fitness in September, however through all the workouts I haven't taken my diet seriously and I was so not fit, that I wasn't able to even push myself 100%. Now having been in the class a bit on and off I can safely say I am loving the workouts and while I haven't lost a pound yet, my fitness level is up drastically, which is what I really want.

Anyways I did my first major workout where I pushed myself a bit and thanks to the help of some friends in the class they kept me motivated to keep going for an intense workout in SanFernando.

Picture this, 6AM and I am up and about in Sando by '100 steps', which is actually 153 steps and I wanted to pass out. Its some steps in a neighborhood in the southland.

Here is a look of the stairs.... looks easier than it is, trust me

The workout was intense, we had to walk around the block and up the stairs, and while many did the set 8 times, I was only able to manage 7, the last was me literally dragging myself up the stairs.

One day later, I have got major calve pain and my gluteus maximus is feeling the burn, however it was the most intense workout I have maybe ever in my life. I am excited to kick start a proper diet plan while working out, to increase my workout benefits.

Here is a look at my heading up one set up the stairs, I wanted to pass out and this was early on in the game.
